EXPERIENCE:
Forty years of experience in the real estate field, including homebuilding, developing, sales, instruction, property management, consultation, and fee appraising. Appraisals have been made on all types of real estate including Planned Unit Developments, Residential (subdivision land, single-family, condominiums, and apartment projects), Commercial (office buildings, retail stores, motels, and shopping centers), Industrial (vacant land, warehouses, and manufacturing plants), Special Purpose, and Right-of-Way Acquisitions. Proficient in several discounted cash flow analyses, including PRO‑JECT and ARGUS. Qualified as expert witness in Federal and State courts.
